| Chase EMS offers training
at any or all three Chase EMS divisions. Training programs focus
on areas ranging from planning, prototyping, and design feedback,
to supply chain management to BGA rework.
In the BGA Rework Program, attendees will
be familiarized with:
- BGA design considerations
- BGA assembly techniques
- BGA packages: ceramic, column, tape,
plastic, micro
- Hands-on removal and re-attachment
- BGA re-balling
- Thermal Profiles
- Solder ability and wetting
- Proper tools
All programs can be customized to your
requirements. Training programs allow time for each attendee
to participate in each process on the actual assembly floor.
