with over 14 years experience in BGA technology. Boards are
reworked, inspected and shipped within 48 hours of receipt.
We have developed a high end rework system that has proven it's
reliability over several years. Using this system we can rework
large complex boards in excess of 26 layers as well as pin counts
close to 1000. Our reballing services feature our newly designed
reballing fixture. Our services entail cleaning the site of
used BGA material and reballing the component bringing it back
to its usable state. This service can be applied to a variety
of ball grid array packages including: plastic, ceramic and
micro. It can include various sizes both standard and custom.
